The clients brief was to create their forever family home and they had a keen interest in Georgian architecture with a modern twist. After exploring 3 different design options for floor plans, elevations and interior vision we landed on this design. With some further amendments to suit how the family live day to day a bespoke and personal floor plan was created to suit this families needs perfectly.
The project also includes an external outbuilding which will act as a ‘den’ and games room & bar area for the young family.
